Re: SUV suggestions
Weren't Kia's in general known for breaking down a lot? Or was that specifically tied to a certain model, like the Hyundai or Elantra? I thought when I was originally in the market for cars, someone advised me to steer clear of Kia because of reliability concerns (even though they had all the option...

Re: SUV suggestions
I'd say, I don't think we need a 3rd row (at least, not at this time). Or basically, i'd rather have a larger trunk area than a 3rd row that can be collapsed. I'd really have to look at the dimensions and such but that's just my gut instinct. And yes, looking for AWD as well. I think ultimately, we'...

SUV suggestions
Looking for car suggestions to purchase. Will soon be in the market for a new car, looking to get an SUV. Probably looking for something comparable or similar to a Subaru Outback. Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts. Basically, need something that can hold a fair amount of stuff due to a child...

Re: COVID-19 stats from the CDC
But aren't these numbers just based off of the people that have tested positive for the virus? So, you don't completely know in which direction they would go if everyone actually got it. I know that we rely on stats the best we can in order to predict future results but it's still just a small sampl...

Enjoy
Think my favorite part is Conan racing back to yell at someone that took their mask off to answer a phone call and then was trying to hang up the phone. The grabbers was also pretty funny as well.

Re: My first welding project: a reclining sofa brace
I asked because I've done random things like look for a part just to see if it was out there. Sometimes, I find it, other times, I don't. And yeah, sometimes when I find the part, it might be half the price of the entire object that it goes into and then it becomes a question of, do I want to spend ...

Re: My first welding project: a reclining sofa brace
Not trying to stop you from having fun with your welding gear, just asking if you could find the part somewhere. Not sure if u contacted the manufacturer or just look online about the chair and even see if parts are sold for it.

Re: My first welding project: a reclining sofa brace
I suppose just trying to find a replacement brace (as oppose to welding the old one back together) was out of the question?
