If you don't know what this is, this isnt for you.
Does this mean the car has some fix for some super common POS problem that these have?

It is in exceptional condition for the mileage.

WDBUF are the first 5 letters of the VIN. Still not sure why this matters.

The parts after 'W' probably indicate it is an actual AMG model, not a standard E-Class with some extra stickers.

Over 9K for a Mercedes with almost 200K... Not sure this is "cheap". It does look pretty clean I admit.

Find me a 4 door sedan that will run mid-12s and trap 116 from the factory for less money.

I didn't say it had to be reliable :) Actually, gambling on reliability is where you get the best bang for the buck usually.

My friend who bought one of these against my advice about a year ago claims he has had no issues with his. I think it was an 05 with around 80k on it.
