This one is lame but I did it so here it goes:
The rear wiper I noticed was sort of partially floating on the glass. When I grabbed the wiper arm, I noticed it seemed to have no spring tension, and would just stick in any position I set it in. A closer look revealed, surprise, too much friction at the pivot.
I sprayed some white lithium grease at it and exercised the arm and now it works great again.
A third (and small) POS problem down.
