I want a factory-quality forged wheel. For the ones that were optional for the 2014-2016 E63, go here and scroll to bottom to see what these look like and their specs:

I e-mailed an eBay seller who had ones with a different P/N (from a CLS63). What I learned is the style is slightly different (maybe doesn't matter?) but somewhat more interestingly, the CLS63 used a 19x10" rear wheel, whereas the E63 used a 19x9.5". They also claimed E63 people seek these out for appearance reasons. Sure enough, this is a thing.

And here are the CLS63 forged wheels (top of page):

14 E63S: forged wheel search
Re: 14 E63S: forged wheel search
My only "problem" is the twin 5-spoke style was put on a ton of non-AMG stuff (usually in smaller sizes) so they can look somewhat unremarkable from that perspective. But I think I can just choose to not care about that and enjoy the fact that I still like this wheel style (and always have), combined with the fact that it is actually a performance upgrade (due to being forged and lighter).
Re: 14 E63S: forged wheel search
Ordered one rear wheel from Wheels America Houston on eBay for $689 shipped and a second from PA Wheels on eBay for $699 + shipping.

I am now focusing on the center cap stuff, because they don't come with anything. The ones from my current wheels are not the correct ones though they would certainly snap on. They are titanium to match my 10 spoke S-model wheels. We can't have that plus if I sell them I'd like to not pick parts off of them...
So I looked up in EPC what the correct cap is. Unfortunately, the correct caps are actually a more ornate 5 spoke cover that isn't just a round center cap but covers all of the lug holes.

Here is what it is supposed to look like:
Here's what it looks like if I cheap out and just use one of the standard round hub caps:
In theory I would be at least able to order the hub cap separately but I am still trying to figure out what that P/N is.
It definitely provides a more premium, finished look. But one downside is I would have to snap it off and on every tire rotation. Minor I guess. Another downside is even at the discounted web store price these things are $121 EACH. The cheapest right now is $89 used:

They have two so I could get two at $84.55/ea which is better than $121 I guess. But if they are super scratched up is that what I want against my refinished wheels?
Meanwhile if I just got the round center caps, they are only $17-20 each. The dealer actually has these on display so I could window shop.
