New gas cap for CTS-V

Big job. What would happen is when tightening the gas cap after a fill, the clicks that are essentially a torque limiter on the cap would be really weak. As a result, the cap would barely tighten against the filler neck. It would be startlingly easy to loosen also. I've dealt with this for at least a couple years. Not wanting to wait for an evap code, I just replaced the cap. I used an AC Delco GT283 which has the right tether and everything, from Rockauto. Less than $14 shipped.

Result is it works like it should.
