Seems like a pretty decent deal. This is about the kind of thing I'd probably buy if I ever decide I need to replace my 2006 Sony VAIO (which still works, lol). However, I think I'd prefer a touchscreen even if it wasn't a convertible device. I bought into the original Windows 8 vision and just expect to be able to interact with my fingers, even just for scrolling or otherwise only occasionally.
