One thing to note, a month or so ago, Conan changed the format of his show. His show is now 30 min, he only has 1 guest on, no band, and i think at the start maybe he does a small monologue or some type of sketch/joke. Not really sure why he did this. These days, i'll record depending on who the guest is, such as one episode last week when i saw it was Bill Burr.
