Surface Laptop: glitchy wifi and bluetooth

I noticed Wifi was sometimes taking forever to wake up after sleep which actually was an issue with my old VAIO until I updated the Wifi card. Also BT would randomly just completely drop out and require a restart. I tried a generic driver, no fix.
Did a little poking around and rolled back the Wifi driver (Marvell chipset) to this and it's been perfect since.
There was some update in August (of course it claimed to fix stuff) and I was able to correlate that with the onset of the issues I was having. So....good for now I guess.
