Re: Popcorn

That's probably a 3-4 sigma bag of popcorn. Also not sure if microwaves are capable of doing it.

Re: HTC EVO 4G LTE doesn't power on

Yeah I guess I blame Samsung mostly. James' glossy Lumia is too slippery, also. Which is why I'd select a matte color.

Re: HTC EVO 4G LTE doesn't power on

I blame Android. Ed told me he likes to death grip his phone. Perhaps because Android and/or Samsung's touch panel require lots of repeated stabbing and swiping to get anything done?

Time for Windows Phone!

(wow that was a stretch)

Re: HDMI to Composite Converter (yes, you read this correctl

The only issue you would theoretically have is an HDCP issue going from protected digital content to VGA (which supports none of that DRM stuff). I know I would personally go the extra mile and try to maintain HD output (assuming the source is HD, which Netflix and iTunes movies probably are). Plus ...

Re: HDMI to Composite Converter (yes, you read this correctl

This is funny: http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC748ZM/A/apple-composite-av-cable This was possible because A) the old legacy connector and B) the older products I guess had composite conversion built in (which the legacy connector exposed). Lightning to composite is just...too many generations. I...

Wow, it's about time we started seeing this kind of thing: http://batterytender.com/battery_info/ Lithium iron phosphate as starting batteries. I guess a bank of these inside my house would make me nervous (justified or not). But don't they need special charging logic?? From the FAQ: Q. Can I use a ...
