Vaio wireless upgrade

Not sure what my options are. The card looks like a standard mini PCI-E card with dual antenna connectors.

This looks like the right form factor: http://www.amazon.com/Dell-BCM94321MC-M ... 798&sr=1-7

But I suspect some chipsets are better than others. And other than form factor and chipset, I don't really know how else to choose (I mean in terms of overall quality/stability not necessarily the very fastest type of 802.11N). Or maybe I get something that supports a/b/g/n/ac....I don't plan on upgrading my router right this second but I have been having trouble with my wireless driver when the laptop comes out of standby, ever since upgrading to 8.1 (I think that was when it started). So a newer chipset/driver might do it some good, even if I stay on G a while longer.
