White with wood. 3rd row. Leather. Most importantly, supposedly from NC.

The pictures look pretty good. The interior looks clean and there is just a little sun fading on the fake wood. I guess that’s the price you pay for the southern history.

Is that original window sticker stuff?

Could be a BaT candidate except maybe for the mileage.

1996 Roadmaster Wagon - $1200 (Charlotte)

1996 buick roadmaster estate wagon
cylinders: 8 cylinders
drive: rwd
fuel: gas
paint color: white
size: full-size
title status: clean
transmission: automatic
type: wagon
This 1996 Roadmaster wagon has never had an accident. Unfortunately, we rarely use it, and sitting too long has taken its toll. The paint is beginning to flake the interior is in bad shape, and the battery will no longer hold a charge. I believe it has a bit of a parasitic drain, but since we sometimes go 2 or 3 months without driving, it is hard to know for sure.

The tires are in excellent condition, with less than about a thousand miles on them. The engine has always been strong, and no known problems, except some oil leaks which came from sitting too long. The air conditioner has always been the best part of this car, but I noticed today that it has stopped putting out cold air.

This is an excellent car with a few problems which could easily be fixed by someone with mechanical knowledge,
Looks like 215k. Sounds like it needs some stuff BUT should be rust free. Limited w/ leather. Back seat looks mint. Has 3rd row.

So many jokes, so little time.
1996 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon - $4500 (Simpsonville)

1996 buick roadmaster wagon
condition: fair
cylinders: 8 cylinders
drive: rwd
fuel: gas
odometer: 167000
paint color: blue
size: full-size
title status: clean
transmission: automatic
type: wagon
I am selling my mother’s estate wagon. It is the collectors edition and last year made, blue on blue with wood grain trim and alloy wheels. Mechanically good shape, some interior stains but nice overall. A few cosmetic problems as well but nothing major.

167k miles
Automatic
Lt1 5.7L V8
3rd row seating
Rear air ride
LSD
Power seats
Moonroof
Power windows
Here we go:
1) Blue hair special (blue on blue)
2) Mother's estate wagon. You mean a wagon from his mother's estate? I hope those stains are from coffee...

Also, 2.56 axle due to no V08/V92 (mechanical fan and tow pack). I hope you like doing 55 mph in 1st gear (something this car probably never, ever saw).

In fact here is the speed vs RPM in 4th lockup:

Code: Select all

RPM	MPH
629	30
734	35
839	40
964	46
1048	50
1153	55
1258	60
1363	65
1468	70
1572	75
1677	80
1782	85
1887	90
1992	95
2097	100
2201	105
2306	110
2411	115
2516	120
2621	125
2725	130
2830	135
2935	140
3040	145
In fact here is 3rd lockup which STILL looks low compared to many cars:

Code: Select all

RPM	MPH
904	30
1054	35
1205	40
1386	46
1506	50
1657	55
1807	60
1958	65
2109	70
2259	75
2410	80
2560	85
2711	90
2862	95
3012	100
3163	105
3313	110
3464	115
3615	120
3765	125
3916	130
4067	135
4217	140
4368	145

No price drop. Maybe they're counting on someone using their COVID check for this.
