Truck needed a jump start

Post by kevm14 »

B-body to the rescue. Normally I'd use the Caprice but it needs that power steering line repaired. So I used the Roadmaster, and left it running while I went to the transfer station. Of course it started after sitting for a couple months. Truck sits for a week...

Not sure if the truck has a parasitic draw or just needs a battery. I have the Battery Tender on it now...

It was fully charged some time on Monday.

It is in maintenance mode now. I'll take it off tonight probably. This reminds me of when the STS battery was crappy and I kind of milked it for a little while until finally replacing it. That will probably happen here.

I just replaced the battery. It's in the general thread.
