Windy. Actually sunny now. Been on the generator for about an hour. Bedroom (8k BTU) and dining room (12k BTU) A/C's running.

Ran out of gas 14 mins ago. Refilled and added about 4oz of oil. Back in business. I have about 10 gallons left including the 1.5 gal I just added to the gen.

Gassed up. Another 4oz of oil. Down to 5 gallons including what I just added to the tank. Been running maybe 10 mins.

Just ran out of gas. Man. These window A/Cs are consuming my fuel.

Back running around 10:50. Another 4oz of oil. I turned the generator so the gas tank is a little higher (driveway has a slight slope).

Shut down, gas, 4oz oil and running around 12:55pm. Now running 3 window A/Cs. This is a bit of a torture test. >50% load and it's in the upper 80s and it's in the sun.

It's said 11pm for a few hours now but now says crew assigned. So maybe it won't be long. Need to get gas here within the next one or two cycles ...

Scratch that. No good. 1 leg was overloading and cut out. Dropped the third A/C and its back....I'm still not understanding how that works because none of the breakers in the loop at the self-resetting type. I hope it isn't just like the internal windings going open circuit when they get too hot. Or it does have some kind of internal (thermal?) protection.

Doesn't help that the third A/C is on the same leg as my 12k BTU unit. I have another one that is on the other leg so maybe I'll try that. That's the one I ran last night.

Back at 1:25pm. Power Back worked perfectly after I tightened the inductive pickup wires on one of my mains. So that was the issue all this time.
