My lawn is so lumpy and annoying. In fact a lot of spots I would probably actually fill with top soil as part of an overseeding process. Probably not ready for sand, which is when you get much closer to flat. A lot of work but I like the drag bar.

HahahaA house near me has the front yard in green concrete. There's a lawnmower sunk to its axles in the concrete. On the lawnmower there's a sign that reads RETIRED.

Probably to relieve flooding.
