I definitely wouldn't splurge unless it's well equipped. That one is missing the bixenon and AMG package.

I'm not sure bixenon would be shown in 2018 - can you tell by looking at housings? I don't recognize them yet.

According to the googles:

For the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA, bi-xenon headlights were replaced by LED high-performance headlights, and they were no longer optional.

LEDs Standard: The 2018 GLA model year saw the introduction of LED headlights as standard equipment, replacing the previously optional bi-xenon headlights.
Improved Efficiency and Appearance: The new LED headlights offered improved efficiency and a color temperature similar to daylight, enhancing visibility and reducing eye strain.
AMG GLA45: The AMG GLA45 came with the LED high performance headlights as standard.
