- Changed the oil
- Changed the fuel filter - need to order a filter housing seal kit or filter housing - during hand-priming after the filter change I saw air bubbles coming out of the heater electrical connector on the top of the housing
- Working on changing all four brake calipers and pads. The passenger rear inner pad was shot, rest all looked ok which makes me think I have at least a couple sticky calipers.
- Recurring P0380 every 3rd or 4th drive cycle or so. Glow plug fault. Pulled off the glow plug "controller", which is just two 70 amp ice cube relays. both relays bench tested bad. Ordered two new Bosch relays to replace.
- Hoping to get to PB Blaster the whole undercarriage if time permits tonight.

all of this is kind of a scramble in between work meetings, robotic build nights, and scout meetings. 3/13 and 3/27 Robotics tournament weekends with a scout camping trip Fri-Sun in-between and I'm the trailer-tow'r for both.

Had to heat all four front caliper frame mounting bolts with the oxy-propane torch to get them to come out of the frames. Rear were fine because I had anti-seize coated them in 2012 (nothing lasts). I also replaced the rear backing plates in 2012 and they're pretty much gone. Fronts are completely gone.

To torch heat the upper bracket/bolt area I had to remove the brake hose mounting bracket from the top of the upper control arm. Snapped off the passenger one. Had to drill out, and then heli-coil.

I hadn't realized until I was pulling them off that the rear rotor centers/vent vanes were so corroded I should've removed a while ago. Had to source two new rotors from NAPA at about $90 each.

The NAPA gold ones were painted and looked pretty decent.
