Not very similar, which is one thing I've been saying for a while. Obviously they do both use the LS3. Nothing wrong with the way it sounds or drives, but fuel economy isn't too good, and it would be nice to have a few more ponies in 2015.

You guys should really read this article (2 pages). Lots of interesting tidbits about the changes to the structure, electrical system, front suspension and steering rack (EPS).
