This is exactly why I am so surprised that American cars from the 80's are gaining in price:

If the condition wasn't too bad, I'll still be happy to own a 90s 300ZX Twin turbo. One of my more memorable cars in my childhood from Gran Turismo.

Most people I remember were mesmerized by the Asian imports due to Gran Turismo and Fast and the Furious. When Gran Turismo came out, it mine as well have not had any American cars, and it was very popular.
