This does seem to out-do the Z28 for less money. You can tell Ford knew they needed this car because they have wasted no time getting it out there. The Z/28 was like "hey, maybe we can build the ultimate pony car...no one asked for it but it will be cool." With this it's like, we NEED this out there, right now.

This may be one of the better performance bargains out there right now for a track-focused car. There's nothing like a V8 that revs to 8000+.
