The formula is pretty simple. Relatively short listing description, usually resulting in a very nice example, often low miles, and a single picture. Plus obviously a too good to be true price.
I think the Tahoe has a better chance of being real than this - this would qualify for an impulse buy. The value of this car is at least twice the asking. Probably more like $10k.
