According to some research the only Yukon to get the LQ9 was the 05-06 and then only with Denali trim. Less reason to hunt down a Yukon I guess.

2002 GMC YUKON XL 230k miles runs great. Good shape in and out, I've owned the truck for 100K, Many new parts, new tires, all brakes rotors and calipers. No engine or transmission issues, Just bought new one.

Ah, this is getting somewhere. The 03 GMT-800 SUVs got an interior refresh that is a little more up to date so that's something to take into account. I guess I'd be worried about the trans at 230k. It is really on borrowed time unless it has been replaced previously.
