Keeping it in the GM family. Actually, a 2.0 turbo Ecotec would be an excellent swap into this. This car is damn cheap, considering the mileage. I wonder how bad the A/C issue is.

I don't even really understand what this platform is. At first I thought it was Epsilon but that was the Aura.

But the Astra OPC had the 2.0T. I guess the platform is said to pre-date the Delta platform (think first gen Cruze). And the Family II engines pre-date the Ecotec (i.e. LNF).
