Flickering is usually a bulb issue although they tend to turn brown or other colors as they age.

Both turned out to be genuine Osram's per their website. Installed and seems OK. Someone had put in aftermarket higher color temp bulbs, the passenger one didn't look great either. Glad I got a pair so colors would match.
