Changed the oil and adjusted the drive linkage. It was moving backwards slowly in 1st gear. There is a long adjustment nut, like on a tie rod, that can change the position of where each "gear" is. However, it seemed to be seized on the linkage rod. I was careful and torched it a few times, and even quenched it once or twice. That seemed to work. Got it free, and adjusted it longer a couple turns. That seemed to do the trick.

Oh, and it started in one pull. One! It always does but I think it's cool.
