That is a first.

Maybe evidence of a geriatric previous owner who drove with the high beams on all the time.

Maybe the first owner, but that was only until like 19k.
I started looking into Buick center caps for my Impala SS wheels. It was already contentious that I ran the SS logo wheels on a Caprice (gasp) but now it won't even be a Chevy. I did some research and it appears that there is NO factory Buick center gap that just fits into the SS wheel. I guess I should have expected that.
The best reasonable solution is someone makes vinyl decals with the tri-shield that stick over the SS deer on the center cap. That's likely what I'll do. Also I need a 4th center gap. I mention this because I was thinking about putting the SS wheels on the Buick now, and put my snows on the Caprice, even though my winter car plan with the Caprice has been overcome by events...
Some links I am saving for later.

I should contact this guy and see if he still makes them. 7 years ago it was $20 for a set of 4.

So here's what I came up with for Buick center caps for the SS wheels:

Unfortunately a sticker is really the only solution according to my research. But I think this will look pretty good. I do need an extra center cap as I lost one years ago. Damn shops ruin them because you have to clock them a certain way before snapping on and they don't know that.

I ordered these:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/4PCS-65MM-BUIC ... Wi&vxp=mtr
The ones I linked before were $6.66. Which is a pretty ominous price...these were $5.95, a price we can all agree is both cheaper and less ominous.
My center cap also shipped. Says 7-15 days on the slow boat from China for the decals. Obviously I can't put my SS wheels on the Roadmaster until I have the proper center cap decal.

I got my new center cap. You can tell it isn't OEM up close but I think it will do the job just fine.

I got my cheap Chinese Buick center cap decals. They seem really nice! They are not just stickers - they have structural rigidity to them.
Only issue is they are dished and don't sit flat. I may have a solution for that as well.

So I started up the Roadmaster to jump start the SRX. That worked fine. Not sure when I drove it last.
I took it for a drive. I still think this thing drives so well. The idle is super smooth. Trans shifts so well. I just enjoy driving it, even stock.
The gas was looking low so I filled it up. It took 20 gallons and according to Fuelly, I last filled it up in Sept and I made a note that the pump shut off at 20 before it was topped off. So this was my second tank since buying the car I guess. I hope to drive this and my CTS-V soon, more regularly.
