C/D did a little side bar on this. Michelin does not make a full set in the staggered front/rear sizes on the Quadrifoglio. So they got a set of Continental ExtremeContact Sports which, and you have to laugh at their naming attempt to be recognized as a PSS competitor, C/D says they are similar.kevm14 wrote:Stupid cheating Italians. This is their gig for sure.Yea, impressive except for Alfa. QF comes with really soft track rubber so expect to replace the tires after 3,000 miles The treadwear rating on P Zero Corsa is 60... Michelin PSS is 300
Results, comparing tires and to the ATS-V just for fun.

Alfa on P Zero Corsa: 1.6s
Alfa on Continentals: 1.7s
ATS-V on PSS: 1.6s

ATS-V on PSS: 3.9s

Alfa on Continentals: 8.4s
ATS-V on PSS: 8.8s

Alfa on P Zero Corsa: 4.2s
Alfa on Continentals: 4.2s
ATS-V on PSS: 4.3s
70-0
Alfa on P Zero Corsa: 143 ft
Alfa on Continentals: 156 ft
ATS-V on PSS: 150 ft
Skidpad
Alfa on P Zero Corsa: 1.00g
Alfa on Continentals: 0.96g
ATS-V on PSS: 0.99g
I'd still like to see this on the same tires but this shows a definite difference in skidpad and braking. And in the launch. These are the only numbers they published as I would have liked to see the slalom or something. Or lap times. Anyway, the ATS-V is definitely right there with it and even a little superior depending on what you are measuring.
