It's sitting at $38k with less than 10 hours left. If it goes under $50k, that would be a decent buy for someone. I do worry about buying a 100k mile car with zero maintenance history. The risk that it needs a lot of expensive maintenance in the near future is not trivial.

The seller didn’t do himself any favors in this auction by not supplying any maintenance history and not even being active in the comments. Basically, this was kind of a wholesale price.

If he is in fact effectively a wholesale dealer by not owning the car very long and not knowing anything about it as is typical then I agree with the conclusion completely. If he is a private owner and owned it for a substantial amount of time then this is just a total failure on his part.

This was just listed at a BMW dealer in NC. It has a nice color spec (Lunar Blue over brown with 3D audio and dynamics seat, but no forged. 60k mile one owner car for $55k.

Looks like the front bumper has had a minor incident. I don't think it has massage seats either.
