Re: Kia Rondo Replacements
You'll have to do better than 12.9 @ 110 to justify that one.
Re: Kia Rondo Replacements
This just in: running high 12s not fast anymore.

Here's a cheap Vsport Premium: https://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/cto/6037441701.html
Unfortunately this damage is pretty severe.

I guess what's what they call golf-ball-sized hail.

This is the cheapest (and also highest mileage) Vsport Premium I have seen to date. 2014 with 69k miles for $29k. Overall, there are some good things in the history (all southern ownership (TN), one owner, appears to have had some regular maintenance). There was also a "minor damage" report from when it hit a deer. I may have a new commute that is very short, so buying a higher mileage car might actually make sense since it would eventually become average mileage as I put lower than average mileage on it. I'm still probably a year out from a purchase based on some recent discussion at home, but I am keeping tabs on the market.

Possibility of a 2 mile commute in my future has me thinking about the V2 again: https://raleigh.craigslist.org/cto/6106429578.html
Re: Kia Rondo Replacements
This is going to sound weird....but I think you would be happier with the Vsport. It takes a lot to say that...and give up on the LSA. The Vsport is the nicer car. Noticeably nicer. But that's not to say the V2 isn't a very good car, and is faster.
If you could just go drive a V2 this all could be put to bed. Or get very interesting.

Yeah, I have a feeling I would be happier with the Vsport too, given my priorities. I do think the V2 probably has better steering feel than the SS though, which could make it interesting.kevm14 wrote:This is going to sound weird....but I think you would be happier with the Vsport. Re: Kia Rondo Replacements
$27k for a V2 with 80k. And a very well kept one. These are also Gen 6 Camaro performance. Pretty damn good chassis too.Bob wrote:Possibility of a 2 mile commute in my future has me thinking about the V2 again: https://raleigh.craigslist.org/cto/6106429578.html
