Real original. I wish mine had a "rebulit" 350.

Some super clean, but super expensive 80s GM stuff for your viewing pleasure:

It still blows my mind that Montes are commanding more money than the IROCs. These are both pristine examples of 80s greatness (at least in exterior style) though.

The front and front 3/4 view on the 3rd gen is good. The rear or rear 3/4 view is not, mainly because of the totally 80s bumper and totally 80s taillights.

That's half the reason those cars are awesome.

That actually doesn't look too bad for $1500. Not sure how long the spoiler has been off for. Is the rain just going directly into the trunk? That is a common rust area.

The pictures don't show the other common rust arear very well but I have to admit, this could have potential.

So it seems that V1s have hit bottom and are coming back up slightly. Unless this is a weird time of year to look. I thought I saw some dipping under the $10k range a year ago or so and now ~$11k-ish is about the bottom end. Now a LS6 + T56 takeout is worth $5k or more depending on mileage. And research is required to understand the full extent of any chassis differences between the base car and V.
