I agree that looks like a decent buy for $5k. If I was in a different position, maybe I would pursue a real SS like that. Still need to finish the driveway (which is a capital investment) so I have a place to put something nice. And it'll still be outside at that point which isn't the greatest. I mean at 148k, it's not in showroom condition so I guess I don't need to maintain showroom condition...

Something funky going on with the passenger front seat cushion. Looks like it was removed and reinstalled.

The best way to fix a coolant leak is with an engine swap: http://charlotte.craigslist.org/cto/5713389191.html

Today's the day for $1000 Fleetwoods I guess: http://charlotte.craigslist.org/cto/5709254814.html

It's awesome that they have a speedo shot showing 94 MPH.

Kevin, you've always wanted an L05 Fleetwood.

Yeah I dunno. I think my feeling about a long distance purchase, even though rust is the most important thing, is that I'd want to get an exceptional car. Not just no rust but clean inside and out. Something more like that $5,000 SS I think.

305k and ticking. Well I fixed the ticking.

Probably hit 100 at least once a week. I still give it exercise and it still takes it like always.

The bad colors are always the best deal.
