350 TPI. I'm kind of impressed with the extra touches GM put into this car like the power pull down hatch lid, and the overhead console. It's true that cars don't drive like that anymore in terms of that snappy bottom end grunt. Really only the LT1 has that, as far as newer stuff goes. Fortunately, the newer GM V8s more than make up for it by adding hundreds of HP. Adam will be drooling, I think.

He is right about the low end torque, though. We used to joke that the best truck engine Chevy ever made was the TPI 350.

I like the synopsis of the commercial's plot:
A harried blonde civil engineer is burned out after designing a bridge on a monochrome monitor only to discover a PROBLEM. Her answer for an engineering dilemma that could kill hundreds if left unchecked? Escape! Freedom in the form of a Chevy Camaro Berlinetta. That's right: She bails from work and heads down the open highway in her F-body, and, with a work ethic like that, we suspect she's still got it, up on blocks in front of her singlewide outside Bakersfield.

Yes, I very much liked the "work ethic" commentary.
