AW drives 2014 Cadillac CTS Premium 3.6L

So it's a really nice car, with a great chassis, surprisingly light (3,6xx lbs). But expensive and the touch controls need improvement. The only thing really interesting about this car is that it's a legitimate competitor to the German midsize rivals.

I didn't understand the comment about the engine lacking top end with 321 hp @ 6,800 rpm.

Can you get it without the CUE system?

I don't believe so. It's not really CUE itself that's the problem but the touch controls on the center stack, I think. I think it started with the Volt. Capacitive controls in a car, in general, are an ergonomic disaster. Mechanical buttons (or knobs as appropriate) win all day long.
