GM increasing truck engine production

Specifically, increased production on the 6.2L. I'd say low gas prices but it may be more of a perception thing because I don't think the 6.2L is really less efficient than the 5.3L.

The funny part is, Brad (of the retirement thing) was truck shopping and has been bugging me about this for a while. He ended up with an F150 with the 5.0L (I cautioned him about the EcoBoost even though he loved the way it drove). He said he didn't like the soggy drivability of the 5.3L in the GM trucks. I said he really needed to check out a 6.2L because they are pretty fast (like low 14s @ 99 or whatever). He found exactly zero to test drive. Not one. So this article makes sense. I need to send it to him.
