I actually just want to address something that AJ and I were talking about. I still believe that people with this guy's credentials and experience tend to make the best business leaders, especially if technology is the business. Check it out:

MBA? Of course. But a EE degree. I think the best guys for these positions start as engineers and work their way up. It's not for everyone. But the ones who ARE suited to this environment AND who have an engineering degree, I think are the best candidates.He grew up in Hyderabad, India, and has an electrical engineering degree from Mangalore University, and a master's degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin. He's also got an MBA from the University of Chicago. That kind of engineering background gives him street cred at Microsoft, too.
