Ranger mouse house

Decided to change the air filter, the oil and lube the front end.

I found this under the air filter:

I figured this would surely happen again so this is how I fixed it:

Just some aluminum screen from Home Depot on a roll. Not too fancy - hopefully this works long term.

The truck did pick up some power after I cleaned the nest out. It looked pretty plugged. No it still can't do burnouts.

Mothballs are also effective, but make the car (truck) smell like your grandmother's attic.

I have been using moth balls under the hood in a ziplock bag with holes punched in the top. It does seem to help. The smell for the most part stays under the hood, and not inside the car. If it is humid, there is a mothball force field around the car... Also have this setup in the lawnmowers.
