It's like an extra-dangerous Myth Busters.

This is pretty entertaining anyway, and you don't have to be a gun enthusiast (I'm not).

He takes his Smith & Wesson .500 Magnum and stuffs it with 700 grain rounds (research revealed the grain is the mass of the round, not how much gunpowder it has).

Ha, crazy.

So, first, he demonstrates how painful and unpleasant it is to shoot. There is a brief montage of prior antics "proving" that this isn't the most unsafe and irresponsible thing he's ever done. Then he conducts the experiment. This thing is nasty and ridiculous.
