Since I stuck out on the first one (I've only had the title since 11/10), lets try again.

Requirements:
- Cheap. Should only be a couple thousand. Or less.
- Can put in service right away (no "needs engine" or whatever).
- If its a 4-cyl, it needs to have a manual transmission so I don't fall asleep when driving it. Or needs to be otherwise interesting.
- Can take abuse (but will receive maintenance).
- Not a car that anyone cares about (see above).
- Bonus points for annoying Kevin.
