It is interesting, but at this point, you almost have to ask: "Why"? I mean the guy is obviously very smart, and I guess as a "can it be done" kind of thing it is cool, but he probably could have bought a computer for the same money he bought the Dreamcast for, and run ROMs via USB on the computer.
