The comments are odd. People like...don't know what they are talking about. Wait, that's not odd at all. It was a compliance car, limited to a few states - that was the plan from the beginning. It so happens that it was a good car.

Anyway. Recall that the Spark EV won the C/D EV test many years ago, and apparently Consumer Reports said the Spark EV was actually the better car than the Spark gas version, which isn't too hard to believe.
