If there are more than a handful of people clapping at this as some kind of milestone, this is highly disturbing.

Since giving birth to their baby in November, Doty has not assigned their baby a gender.
That is fucked up. Gender is biological. You can be gay or transsexual but you are born with a gender, except in rare cases where it truly is ambiguous.“When I was born, doctors looked at my genitals and made assumptions about who I would be, and those assignments followed me and followed my identification throughout my life,” Doty told CBC News. “Those assumptions were incorrect, and I ended up having to do a lot of adjustments since then.”
Doty recently shared what it has been like to raise a non-binary child on YouTube.
Doty’s efforts to ensure their child has every opportunity in their life to freely express their identity gets major snaps of approval from our end.

I think it's hilarious that the parents of this poor child expect that their baby will grow up to not have a life without labels as a result of their not designating their offspring's gender. Parents...I've got news for you...your genderless child will have plenty of labels.
