98 Eldorado in junkyard

This seems worth repairing but I guess it depends who fixes it and who pays the bill. They really put a lot of toys into this which is cool. A list from memory:
- Dual zone auto climate
- Heated seats
- Trunk pull down
- Stabilitrack
- OnStar
- BOSE
0-60 in 8.5 headgaskets. lol
He doesn't think this one actually has a head gasket problem but perhaps the owner was faced with a repair bill for what is shown to be not working, and knowing that at 99k, the head gaskets are on borrowed time. You'd think it would just go to another buyer on CL though, not a junkyard.

Where is that??? Is that the Willdalac? (Will's car that was completely mint, but had the head gasket problem)

Eh, you throw a tech 2 on there and it's not that hard. EBCM, steering position sensor, yaw sensor, wheel speed sensors. Those are the likely options.

Maybe for you, but the original owner got a $4800 quote from the dealer and decided to scrap it.

I find it hard to believe that a car like that, if that's all it needed, would go straight to the junkyard.

And it has a leaking water pump. And no door panel. And whatever else is wrong with it. That repair estimate was likely much more than the car was worth.

That Seville I found in Woonsocket - that's a car that is one repair away from the junkyard. I don't really understand the 98 Eldorado, because I think almost anyone would pay more than the car is worth (to a junkyard) on the private market. Lots of people sell cars, all the time, with warning lights on and leaking water pumps.
