That hood ornament is identical to the one that was on the family 83 Caprice wagon.

I am afraid to ask why the trans tunnel has a massive hole in it.......I think I know the answer. Though this is a TH350 so maybe it's not what I think.

Oh man...they converted a 1/8 mile racer to 1/2 mile (4.88 to 3.08 gears) and then the 1/2 mile race didn't happen. You'll never guess what they did instead.

Random observation: Tony and Mike's chemistry was way better than last time. Maybe they aren't mortal enemies anymore.

Crazy how they make a decent episode out of arguably the least sought after El Camino... Granted it didn't start stock.
