That Holley HP EFI system is expensive but I give them credit for allowing someone not so savvy to get it damn close to where a dyno tuner could get it. The carb was not surprising at all. He thought he had it driving pretty well on the street but as we saw, it needed a lot of help.Which home-tuned system is hiding more horsepower, a traditional carburetor, or a Holley Electronic Fuel Injection system? Find out in this episode of Hot Rod Garage presented by Lincoln Tech! Watch Tony Angelo turn screws on his 4bbl Carb’d 1971 Dodge Demon 340 while Lucky sits back and let’s his Holley HP EFI system work it’s own magic on his LQ9 ’66 Chevelle. After the home-tunes we take the Demon and Chevelle over to the experts at Westech Performance, strap them down, and let the dyno-tuners show us the real potential of these cars!
