Just flawed enough to be worthless in 10-12 years. Perfect. It would be a great successor to my STS. Wish they had a V8 though. Then again, if it is a DOHC V8, I don't know if I really care about that vs a turbo V6 or whatever.

13.2 @ 106 is....weird. That is some off the line launch. Still, 106 would be a nice upgrade from my STS. Still, in 10 years I'll want to be in the 110s even in a daily because why not?
The hybrid is actually a bit quick: 13.8 @ 102.

This is good.
Among the lightest cars in its class and lacking optional V-8 or V-12 power, the Cadillac CT6 unsurprisingly is among the most efficient. Every CT6 we’ve tested exceeded its EPA-estimated highway fuel economy in our real-world freeway fuel-economy test.
For the 3.0TT, the highway rating is 26. They got 30.

Handling and braking are top-notch, delivering class-leading driver satisfaction, if not ultimate numbers at the test track. Although the top-spec twin-turbo CT6’s acceleration is objectively quick, in this lofty company it’s strictly midpack. That, and a fussy transmission, hold it back from garnering an even higher score.

You just can't get a better chassis in the segment.
Cadillac’s decade-long chase for BMW-challenging driving dynamics has ended: the American brand has caught up—just as BMW has abandoned the concept. The CT6 is hands down the most satisfying large sedan out there to drive, even if its actual performance numbers fall short of the competition’s. Cadillac offers both passive (standard dampers) and adaptive (magnetorheological dampers) suspension setups. There also is an available rear-wheel-steering function that turns the rear wheels to tighten the turning radius at low speeds or steers the rear wheels in phase with the fronts to enhance stability at higher speeds.

The brake pedal on the CT6 might be its best feature. It operates with a firmness befitting a sports car and inspires immediate responses from the brakes when pressed even slightly, and without any grabbiness or jerkiness.

This article is extremely in depth and compares to the competition very comprehensively.

Visibility to the front is average for the class, while visibility to the rear beats all the large sedans in this competitive set but the Lincoln Continental. This is particularly surprising for a General Motors product, given the recent emphasis of its stylists on pinching the side and rear windows to useless slits. We’re looking at you, Chevrolet Camaro.

I agree that this will make a good used car for you in 10 years. I liked what they had to say about the chassis. It appears for the discerning buyer who wants a big car with athleticism, this is it.
