Price is too high, especially for still having an LT1 in there (stroked or not). Also, the idea of a built up B/D-body is nothing new to me. I guess it is rare to see these days but I've been looking at builds like this for over 15 years. It's nothing new.
I am surprised how much I like the CTS 17s. 18s may have also looked good.

It’s not often that a model that once switched to FWD makes the trade back to RWD, but that’s just what Caddy did with the Fleetwood in 1993. The GM luxo brand made the move from the lugubrious FWD C-body to the RWD D-body, and as we all know, everybody loves getting the D.
That makes for a fun sentence but the Brougham never left RWD. They just did a weird name shift in the 1980s for some reason. The C-body FWD Fleetwood, though, was the biggest FWD car that GM made in those years. But again, the Brougham was always available and was always RWD.

Nice.
Why buy that when they made these? Throw some go fast bits at it and make it the barge you need!

I kind of disagree - the SS is cool but I always enjoyed the builds on literally every other B/D car.

I am surprised those wheels are compatible. I figured the late-model stuff adopted metric lug spacing.

I am sure they are not compatible.

Car looks great, and I agree the rims look very fitting, not way over the top. I can't see someone paying more than 10K though, and really that is still a lot.

Yeah it's just not worth $18k.
One of the comments says the particular consignment people selling it are notorious for trying to move overpriced stuff.
