And when I saw this, I thought Kevin might be more pop culture topical and be commenting on the Paul Logan being suspended by youtube (to which I also state that I had never heard of Paul Logan except that he was on Top Chef this season as a guest and even then I kind of wanted to go through the screen and tell this guy to get a real job as oppose to becoming a social media star).

But, for the spirit of staying on topic, yes, agreed, ignorance of the law does not excuse a person from making home made bombs and showing people how to do it.
