Ah, the LM1 4bbl 350. Fun facts on the 1988 9C1 (should be similar):
180hp, 285lb-ft
8.6:1 compression
3.08 rear
0-100 time was 2.76s faster than the Crown Vic w/ 351. 0-60 was 1.31s faster. It got 1.1 mpg better than the Ford, too.
The Caprice w/ 4.3L TBI (140hp) was still faster than the 2bbl 318 Dodge and Plymouth cars, with the best fuel economy of all of the test cars (including the light Mustangs).
