We could have an argument about the interior I guess.

The center stack is ugly and was a poor design choice. That doesn't mean the rest of the interior is bad. It's not. Apparently this was supposed to look like a desktop computer tower....wow.ughhhh everything about the first CTS-Vs has aged well except for that interior, more specifically the center console. Wheel, dash, and seats are not terrible for the era. i wonder if there are people re-doing them in the aftermarket.
I think this is actually the point:
OooI’m sorry, I’m having a hard time understanding how the interior has any importance when you’re shopping for a 10+ year old manual 400hp sedan for 10-12k.
You don’t get an old V (or any performance vehicle from the aughts) for the interior. You get it for the visceral performance uninhibited by electronic nannies.
This vehicle and the Chevy SS were the closest a vehicle I’ve driven to my E39 M5. The CTS-V is a huge amount of car for the money, and very reliable, if not fuel efficient. This car is NP all day and much better than the SS / G8 duo !
