Granted the topic/theme of the video is bad car dealership experiences but there seems to be no shortage to sketchy BS that a dealer can pull. And just read through the comments. Buying private party is not necessarily riskier or more of a hassle, at all.
Also I'd like to mention that the free market should theoretically sort this stuff out. On the other hand, from a buyer's perspective, the glitch is sort of already fixed - the most savvy buyers don't use dealers in the first place. And another thought - sometimes the people who go to dealers are there because that is the only place they can get financing for something they can't really afford (somewhat tongue in cheek but also not joking).
