See subject. No spray. I tried the headlight sprayers and that pump works fine.
Apparently the pumps can just fail though who knows how long this has been failed. Some people never use the washer though I use it all the time on all my cars.

Good news: pumps on Rockauto range from $5.36 to $14. No joke.

Ordered an OEM pump and grommet from the Warwick MB website.
https://www.mercedesbenzpartsshop.com/o ... dhcw%3D%3D
Total: $31.08
That's still cheap as hell. Hopefully they stock them if they are known for this.

His failed in 2013.

Just completed the job. I made a video of it which may be a bit long....
Well I made clips. Still need to make the actual video.
EDIT: here is the video

What was in there was a VDO which is not OEM. Definitely a bit of a pain to replace but as usual I could do it way faster the second time. It does not seem like I broke anything. I did accidentally remove the headlight washer pump and grommet before realizing what it was. I did have to remove the hose from it to manipulate the reservoir but I could have left the pump and grommet installed and just unplugged the pump electrical and washer line.
I also dropped the grommet once and lost a small screwdriver. I got them back with my sweet grabber tool. That definitely saved me from having to remove the front underbody cover which would have been a pain.
Also did the wipers. They have some kind of sticker that covers a maintenance reminder dot on the blades. I guess this might turn a color when it's time to change the wipers. No idea if that works by UV exposure or water exposure. I would think just UV. That's pretty neat.
Anyway the pump works but I had to adjust ALL EIGHT sprayer nozzles. A bit of a pain and probably consumed at least a gallon of fluid to do it. They still aren't perfect but I'll run it. If in practice it is still subpar I'll tweak later on.

Ended up aiming two rogue sprayers down as they were too high. Now they all spray the middle of the windshield area so I will have to try them at speed and make sure that still works. If they still spray too high when moving I guess I will aim them at the bottom like they were originally. Maybe that is how it is supposed to work. Just seemed so weird to me. But it could make sense. It drenches the wipers in warm fluid and the wipers carry it up to the rest of the windshield. If they work fine at speed I will leave them the way they are.
